We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are a one doctor practice providing quality care tailored to our patients' needs in a pet-friendly environment since 2000. We take a truly “wholistic” approach—considering our patients' psychological, emotional, and physical well-being in every aspect of care. We offer Comprehensive Wellness Screening, Internal medicine, Surgical and hospitalization services, Customized chronic pain treatments. Our unique services include: Acupuncture, Chiropractic care, Rehabilitative services, New pet counseling, Senior pet evaluations. We are a small, close-knit group offering plenty of opportunity for further education. You will be responsible for helping customers by scheduling appointments, rooming patients, and answering veterinary medical questions. Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products, prescriptions and services
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Room clients and patients
Maintain the cleanliness of the front office and patient area
Filing and shredding of client records
Reminder calls, patient update calls
Invoicing and receiving payment for appointments
Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have previous experience in veterinary hospital front office
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: All customers are required to wear masks and all staff is fully vaccinated.
